Description

Dukkah (or duqqa) is a traditional Middle Eastern blend of ground roasted nuts and spices. It is traditionally used as a topping on flat breads, or mixed with olive oil for a dip, but also as a seasoning for vegetable-based dishes and fried foods. Its spiced and nutty flavor and crunchy consistency make it ideal for soups, salads and vinaigrettes, but also on finger-foods such as deviled eggs or fried tofu bites.

Ingredients: Almond flour, toasted sesame seeds, sumac, roasted hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, salt, sugar, lemon peel, dried Aleppo chile peppers, paprika. Contains tree nuts and sesame seeds.

Naturally vegan and gluten-free, not suited for people with nut allergies.
