Tellicherry peppercorns are top-grade black peppercorns, selected for maturity and weight. Only around 10% of the peppercorns crop from India is labeled as Tellicherry grade, and only the biggest and most mature make the cut. A product of India, Tellicherry pepper is a high quality pepper which is very enjoyable both ground and whole, and has a naturally bolder flavor than most peppercorns on the market.
