Highly aromatic and really savory, it goes on everything, from french fries to deviled eggs, seared steaks, burgers, roasted asparagus, and more. This blend is made by combining natural sea salt with a blend of powdered porcini and champignon mushrooms, plus onion and garlic powder to really round it out. Use it to add the earthy taste of real mushrooms and a salty note to foods just before serving. It is also really a hit with people who like the earthy flavors of mushrooms but aren’t necessarily fans of their texture. Warning: it is highly addictive. Naturally vegan and gluten-free.
